Avaya 9611: Call Holding

The following is a step-by-step guide for using the call holding feature of an Avaya 9611 telephone.

To place a call on hold:

1. While on the line with a caller
2. Press the “hold” button option displayed on the screen.
 

To resume a call on hold:

1. While the caller is on hold
2. Press the “resume” button option displayed on the screen.
